My experience at this hotel was shocking. There were constant issues with the hot water. I rarely had a warm shower. The room was not properly cleaned, and I could hear everything from the street outside due to poor isolation. To top it off, the breakfast service was chaotic, with incredibly small portions that left much to be desired.

The breakfast was awesome! The laundry service returned my clothes on time, and the pool area had an attendant ready to take drink orders.
The AC didn't work well at all. the hot water was almost non-existent making mornings challenging.
